How to Apply Concealer: Makeup Makeovers

Hi, I'm Kate Shepherd on behalf of Expert Village and today I'll be showing you a face make over. The next step we're going to use on Sherri is a concealer. So, when using a concealer you want to make sure it matches to the skin perfectly. We're gonna be using a concealer brush with this. So, when starting with the concealer, you can see we've already put the foundation underneath her eyes and it did help to cover up her under eyes circles. But we're gonna start with her concealer right on the inner corner of her eye. And what you want to do is just tap it in. Using this concealer brush since it is made out of synthetic fiber. Everything that is applied on to this brush will be applied on to her skin, so it is not gonna soak up in the sponge or anything like that. It'll also help to buff it in really really well. So, you can see just by starting in the inner corner that helps to really open up her eyes just by doing that. "Now go ahead and look up for me." And now the only the place where we're gonna cover up is just in this little spot right there that only place that she is dark and the same thing, we're just gonna tap it in. This really helps to open up your eyes. It's really amazing what concealer does for your eyes. And also right on the outer corner here. Everyone gets a little red eye here so this helps to smooth out the entire eye area.
