Equipment & Gear Necessary to Play Lacrosse

Hi! This is Tamir Elterman on behalf of expertvillage.com and in this clip we will be talking about equipment. The size of your stick, which is obviously the most important piece of equipment in lacrosse, there are five different pieces of equipment that are designed to keep you safe when you are playing. Specifically the helmet, the shoulder pads, the elbow pads, the glove and the cup. First thing you put on are the shoulder pads, next come the elbow pads, then comes the helmet, next comes the cup and finally your gloves. You are now ready to play lacrosse.
