Adding Bass Using a Korg Triton Keyboard for Reggaeton Beats

So now we're going to go through and we're going to add some bass and I'm going to go to track five. I go up to category. Now I'm going to go to bass and let's do drive bass. I like that one. So, we hit drive bass. So, what we want to do is play the beat and get our beat down first and a good Reggaeton bass uses triads. Now if you go and search for scales and you search C major scale or D flat major it will show you one to seven is a scale and what I do is I play one, three, and five and that's a triad. One, three, five, one, three, five, and you can go between different keys. Again, you can go through and get your jazz chops up and it plays through on this as well. So, now I'm going to use that triad. Now it's in there. So, we got our reggaeton bass going on.
