Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we will be talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. One to know if the broccoli is done is to kind of poke at it; 5 minutes should be ample enough time so you don't want to overcook it because we are about to bake it again. And then you want to make sure that you strain your broccoli. Now what you want to do is cool down the broccoli. Put in the refrigerator or just let it sit out. It's up to you. Actually just put mine in the freezer and then you want to cut the broccoli in small little pieces, so that you know that it is done and firm. You want to cook this this small because we would have lost a lot of the broccoli and it would have turned into mush. It is better to actually cook it whole and then chop it when it is done. So you want the size of the broccoli to actually match the rest of the vegetables, just like that.
