Cooking Onions for Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna

Hi! This is Josiah Owen wiht Expert Village and today we will be talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. Now we are going to talk about cooking our onions for our Lasagna. Add about 2 tablespoon of olive oil, not a lot. Add to a already warm pan and add about half of the onions that we cut earlier which would be about a quarter of a cup, cook for about a minute and make sure not to burn it, move it around. It doesn't really matter what kind of olive oil we use. We use Extra Virgin Olive Oil; it seems to work nice. Cook that around, put this on medium for about 1 minute. You don't want to overcook it. The next step we are going to add our garlic.
