Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we will be talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. And now we are going to talk about cutting peppers for our lasagna. The recipe actually calls for 1 red or 1 green pepper. What I want to do is take half of each. Start off by cutting the top off of the pepper and reach inside and take out all of the seeds and discard those. Do the same for the green pepper making sure not to cut our fingers off, so you want to discard all of that. Now you want to take the tops and you don't won't to waste anything and trim off the stem and cut these into small little pieces. What you are going to do is take your pepper and cut it in half and put to the side. The same with the red pepper; put it to the side. Just cut in half, cut in long strips because it makes it easier to chop. Eventually you want your peppers to be about this size.
