Cutting Tomatoes for Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna

Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we will be talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. Now we are gong to talk about cutting up our tomatoes for our Lasagna. First of all, you want to cut off the top little piece where the stem was on each one; go ahead and get this out of the way. What you want to do is cut it in half length wise and then cut them width wise. Don't make them too big but no need for them to be too small. Give it some texture and this should be fine. I am going to want about 2 cups of these; that is about 5 to 6 small tomatoes. Any tomato is fine. It is up to you. Stay clear from the cherry or grape tomatoes. Roma tomatoes work best.
