Cutting Carrots for Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna

Hi! This is Josiah Owen for Expert Village and today we are talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. Now this is a nice little trick that I picked up. I'm going to cut the carrots into smaller pieces. We want these carrots to be very thinly chopped. You can pick up one of these at your local store; it's a chopper. Carrots in there. You are done and it ends up like that. This is just one method you could use instead of using a food processor or chopping all by hand. This is just another good way.
