Hello, my name is Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to be talking about how to elegantly decorate your Christmas tree. In this clip let's talk about how to elegantly decorate your tree using Christmas balls. Now I keep going back to our earlier segments about picking a theme for your tree. The same goes for your Christmas balls. Whatever you do and choose you want all of your balls to tie in together. So, color wise, we are looking at burgundies, we're looking at cream, on this particular tree. Your might have a silver and blue theme. Whatever it is you just want to keep tying that in together instead of randomly picking colored balls that are perhaps unfelt and putting them on to the tree. So in this case we have gold trim on a lot of our colored balls and we are tying them in together with some of the burgundy, with the copper colored balls and then some of the smaller berries as well. So we've got different sizes too. Now the easiest thing to keep in mind when you are putting and applying the balls to the tree is to put the larger ones on first and then disperse the smaller ones around the larger balls. It helps to fill the tree up and to find the empty spots as well. It's harder to find larger holes that will fill the heavier balls first and then you want to fill it with smaller ones a little bit later. Also you can have elegant balls yourself. You might like to decorate the tree yourself. You might be very crafty. In this case this one here says HOPE and we've written some of those on themselves too. So a few tricks of the trade in decorating your tree with Christmas balls. Don't forget to have fun.
