How to Decorate a Christmas Tree with Lights

Hello, my name is Melissa Schenk and on behalf of Expert Village today we're gonna be talking about how to elegantly decorate your Christmas tree. In this clip let's talk about how to elegantly decorate your Christmas tree using Christmas lights. So, the tree behind me here we have decorated it with about 500 of the white lights, the many white lights and to me that is the most elegant a Christmas tree can look. With the very thin, the white bulb lights. Again, when we are talking about elegance, you don't want to have a lot of coloring, you don't have lights flickering and flashing and buzzing on and off. Just the plain old white lights that adds the most elegance. And of course the larger your tree the more lights you are going to need. So, this tree, it could even stand to have perhaps more lights on it. It only got 500 now you can easily add another 200 to it. So, between 750 and even maybe a bit more lights. Just add that special glow especially at night when all of the other lights are turned off and your Christmas tree is turned on and people see from the outside as well. It just adds that extra little bit of elegance just the fine little tinny white lights and the more the merrier. And as I mentioned this is a 7 1/2 foot tree, we've got 500 on now could stand to have even a couple of hundred more.
