Teaching Kids Model Poses

The next clip we're going to show how each of the models are going to pose and walk. When they're posing, they're going to want to pull their knees in, their ankles are going to come out and they're trying to make an hour glass form. So when they do their runway they're going to want to hit for poses. Very good girls. Let's see Andrea, you're going to want to pull that knee in. Nice, awesome! Next we're going to show is how to walk. When you're walking like a model, you're going to walk one foot in front of the other. Try it girls. One foot in front of the other, trying to swing. Wow ya'll walk very nicely and turn around and try and come in back. That was excellent girls. It's important that when you're walking like a model to have proper posture. Make sure you stand up and keep your chins up. And also you want to swing your hips. When you get to the end; walk, you're going to show a pivot. Brooke's going to show you. You walk all the way up, put your foot out, pivot all the way back. This time we want everyone to try it and when you do it we want you to strike a pose before you pivot and then strike a pose as you pivot. Maybe even getting a quick glance over your shoulder so you'll know how to do it on a runway. Ready, let's try it girls. Remember to pose like a model every time you stop. Ready? Let's begin, walk forward two, three, four, pivot, pose. Nice and pivot, good over the shoulder poses. And back. That is a wonderful job.
