How to Use Epsom Salt for Osteoarthritis

Hello my name is Dr. Susan Jewell and on behalf of expert village today, I am going to talk to you about the subject of osteoarthritis. Now in this clip we are going to talk about a way to relieve the pain from osteoarthritis. And one of the ways is to use Epson salt, Epson salt is very good because of what it contains a compound called Magnesium sulfate, now this particular compound has shown to help the body eliminate carbon from the skin which is a toxic waste. Carbon is a toxic waste for the skin therefore it helps to soothe the joints and the aching muscle so how would you use the Epson salt this is easily available in your local health food store your pharmacy it 's just in a packet and you pour it in a container of warm water you can just pour in two cups of Epson salt and I have done that earlier and you mix it and dissolve it in warm water and you can put in your bath or with this Epson magnesium sulfate is dissolved you can make a compress so you can wet a towel with it and soak it in there and squeeze it own until you have a nice compress and then you can add it on to you can press it on where joints where its painful and leave it on there for a while and you can repeat the process until you feel that some of the pain or at least soothes the pain for a little bit for a while its just a temporary relief from the pain abut its a way to at least work with the arthritis pain.
