verbal instruction is well articulated. However the visual (camera angle) could be better....i.e. close up of the wrist lock as it is being performed would help.

Self defense video: control techniques
Sometimes it’s necessary to not just get away but to control whoever is attacking you. Perhaps you’re in a position to where just running away is the best thing to do. Nor is it the best thing to do to happen to hit this person at this time which is always a good option. Alright. Coming underneath I am grabbing onto his hand bringing it around and down. I keep a good hold on him, I don’t just let go because remember the idea is to try and control the person. Bring them up to do exactly what you need them to.
