Practice Techniques for Playing Slide Guitar

Hi! My name is John Armstrong with expertvillage.com. I am a professional guitar instructor and today we will be discussing slide guitar and slide guitar techniques. A little technique a little practice that I usually teach students to help them work with slide is to practice just sliding smoothly up and down all six strings, starting somewhere between the first and third frets sliding up to the twelfth fret, picking and sliding back, for example if I was to do that on the low E string and back, A string, D, you can put a little vibrato in there if you like for example in the third string… fifth…
