So now we're going to look at a simple four measure progression and it's A flat minor for two measures, right here. A flat minor, two measures, and then we have G flat major for two measures, so I'm going to walk eight measures, or eight beats, one, two, four, one, two, three, four, and I'm going to land on G flat on the downbeat. So that's the trick of it, is just walking and leading into the G flat. So I got to start here, on my A flat right, and I got to land here. So I got it right now, right. One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four, one. Right. A flat minor, G flat, A flat minor, G flat, A flat, G flat, A flat, G flat, so practicing going from your minor to your major, or your minor to your seventh is a very good exercise, and it will help you get ready to start going through some real books.
