So now that we have our E major scale down, we're going to show you cool ways to utilize that same scale pattern and get two more different chords, and our first chord is our F sharp minor, or our two minor. So remember how we numbered it one through seven, one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven. So if we start here on one, two, we get F minor, and we're going to go from two to two, two to two. And we got this... and that's your F sharp minor scale. And again, we get all these same notes that are out of the E major scale, but we just started on two. So, by utilizing the same scale and starting on the second degree, we can learn our minor scale or our F sharp minor scale.
