I've already named all those, but I wanted to let the listener know a little bit more that there are actually different types of depression. There are 5 different types that I can name today. I'm going to tell you that the first one is a major depression. It's a mood disturbance. It lasts more than 2 weeks and the symptoms overwhelmingly are feelings of sadness and grief, loss of interest in what they usually do, a feeling of worthlessness, or guilt. This type of depression actually results in poor sleep. They just have problems sleeping. They have a change of appetite. They have severe fatigue and difficulty concentrating. This depression may increase the risk of suicide. Major depression is one of the types of depression. I've got several more that I want to talk to you about in a few minutes.
