Make Chocolate Tulips

Hi, I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village and I know you came back and you just want to know what I'm going to do with the wax paper. Well, wax paper everybody's got, OK, and you can do some really fun things with wax paper and chocolate. Little did you know huh? Now, don't worry that it's not a perfect piece becase what we are going to do with these two pieces is we are going to make a flat slat of chocolate and we're going to make a decorative, artistic bowl of chocolate. Well, the fun just never end in my kitchen does it? Well, first of all, we can form a bowl with the wax paper simply by putting the wax paper in or step number two you can paint the wax paper with chocolate. And you just paint it on there. And you're going to do it kind of in a round bowl formation because it's going into a muffin cup and you want it to be round. And you can whisk it with the brush strokes to make it a little bit on the decorative side and then you are just going to take this. You see it's a nice round formation, I've made some interesting little dollops and hold the wax paper up as you put it into the bowl. And believe you me this will get hard and come out in a reall unique shape. It's almost like a tulip, a budding tulip, when we come back. Now we're going to do one more formation and then an extra special cookie surprise with wax paper so hold on to your hats because there's one more wax paper application and some cookies involved and I know that everybody loves a good cookie.
