Hi! I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village, and now we have the big moment, the unveiling of the fudge that has now set. Now, as you can see, we had put it in the pan before, and I've taken it out of the pan but it's still in the foil. You still have the same pan shape. Now what you're going to do is you're going to take down the sides. Since we had greased the sides, notice how much easier it is. Sometimes you get a piece that sticks. Don't worry. You can just take it down with your nail or a knife. Then just to take the bottom off easily, I just flip it over, put it on a piece of wax paper. Of course, the bottom comes off really easy. If you're into recycling, you can recycle that if you want if you're making another batch after you're done. Then you just flip it back, and walla! There you have your hardened fudge. This a very, very big piece if you're going to eat the whole thing. I highly recommend cutting it up. We're going to show you how to cut it up and box it up for gifts. That'll be next. Come on back.
