Add Orange Juice & Honey To Coconut Shrimp Sauce

Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. Next, we're going to grab our honey. We're just going to try to get 4 ounces. I eyeball everything. It's just easier to do that way. I'm just going to put a heaping amount of honey. What we're going to do is start to mix this. Also, we're going to take our Tabasco. Tabasco is going to give it that little zing too. Give it 1, 2, 3 good shots of Tabasco. We're going to start to mix this all in. You see it's got a little thickness to it and it's nice. You've got to blend these really good together, so just give it a good mix until you see all of the ingredients mixed well. At that point, you're going to grab a little bit of your OJ. You can use the cap even. We're just going to give it a splash of OJ. A little splash of OJ and you're going to take your lemon here. Cut it in half and you're going to give it half of a lemon. That's it. That's your orange marmalade sauce. Make sure you get that pit out and just give it a nice stirring. Blend this all together. Put it in the refrigerator when you're done, and about ready now to get ready to do our shrimp. We're going to get some oil, about 3 cups of oil in our pan. Get it really hot. I'm going to show you how to know that the oil is hot enough when I come back. It's coconut shrimp here. You guys getting hungry?
