Ingredients for Making Fresh Juice

Hi. I am Katalin. The creator of Creative English in Hungary. Now we are here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to make a fruit and vegetable juice that is very healthy, very easy to make. If you cook with children to give them freedom. To do what they can do according to their ages but always supervise them. So be there. If childern need to cook something with fire always prepare some water in case something unwanted can happen, some unwanted thing can happen. You need to take some actions for saftey resasons. First of all you need to protect your clothes. So please wear an apron or wear a t-shirt or top that doesn't matter if you make it messy. Also if you have a long haired child then please tie it up so the hair wouldn't fall into the food. Now this drink is very easy to make. You'll need some oranges, some apples and also some nice healthy carrots.
