Hi, this is Eric for ExpertVillage.com. Today we will be talking about how to buy vehicles here at Inland Empire Auto Center. A little bit about how i got into the business, I had a friend that was working at a dealership and he pretty much offered me a job part time. He told me if I wanted to work some extra hours to earn some extra cash and I was pretty good at customer service. I went ahead with the job, pretty much tried it, and I decided to stay full time. Car sales is so important because as far as the experience of buying it. You need to have the knowledge of the expertise that you're pretty much selling the vehicles and the knowledge of the durability of the merchandise you are pretty much offering. Whether it's safety, resalable value on the market, a little bit of evderything. People pretty much buy cars only because they need something that is dependable, roll durability, something they can have their family size pretty much in. Room enough, and spacious for whatever their needs are.
