My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some really quick and easy icing recipes and how to decorate holiday cookies. All right, everyone loves a snowman, so we're going to take our white frosting, just the plain white frosting we have, the shortening based frosting, not the thin one. It?s a little thicker. And since the snowman is going to be white. Uh oh, that's a hole lot of icing. Maybe enough for both of them. We're just going to put some icing on the snowman. We're going to grab a knife and, actually we're going to take some icing off of this snowman that might be a little too much. And we're going to go all the way up to the top. And like I said, you want to try to follow the contour of your design. And that is too much icing, so there we go. He'll look better now, he'll look more composed. You also want to make sure that your icing is even or as even as you can get it obviously. So here we are. So, if you get to an edge, you can just grab it with the edge of your knife like that, and work it off. Try to smooth out your edge. Which, there you go. And as you can see I'm kind of working in a circular motion on my snowman, to give it that circular feel for his little snowman belly. There we go. There's one snowman. And this doesn't have to be perfect, you are doing Christmas cookies. And also, its like a more one of a kind you can make it, the better. Just put a little icing on our snowman. Remember that I'm still working in circles here. And there we go.
