Hi! My name is Monica and I'm going to show you one of the strengthening exercises for your knees. It is actually for your calf muscles, your gastroc muscle so what you want to do is you either want to find some stairs at your home or in our case here what we have actually have done is just stack of a couple of books; phone books work really great to. The reason being is what you are going to end up doing is we are going to get on top of them, the balls of your feet you want your heels to hang off. It's nice to have a wall to hang onto that is what we have here also a hand railing works quiet nicely to, counter top, and you want to get nice and comfortable and you are just going to lower and raise. So let your heels drop down, raise them back up, just nice and slow, up and down. Starting off your might only be to do 10 off these and then you could always up it to 15, to 20. You could also turn your feet in until your penguin toed and same thing up and letting your heels drop down. Up and letting them drop down.
