DIXON GILLETTE: Welcome back to Expert Village, my name is Dixon Gillette. Let's continue our guide on how to play Battlestations: Midway. Alright, the first thing that we're going to go over is our target window. Our target window, as you remember before, appears in our upper left hand corner of our screen. Now, any time you put your crosshairs over a target, this is going to display information about that unit, its distance from you, its general health and the unit's type. From our main action screen, we can target a unit by simply moving our cursor or our crosshairs over that target, and right clicking on the mouse button. As you can see, once the white brackets appear, that unit is targeted. Now, if one of your targets also has gold brackets around it that also means that this is a mission objective target and completing this objective is critical to completing your mission. Now, once this target is selected, any weapons that you don't control on your vessel will automatically begin attacking this craft. All you have to do is push the Spacebar in your keyboard, and your targets are no longer activated.
