Color Wheel Tips for Spring Makeup & Eye Color
I'm Michelle Rene from the Michelle Renee Makeup Artist Group here in Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I'm gonna show you how to apply makeup for Spring. Before I demonstrate eye color on Leslie, I want to talk a little bit about the color wheel. The color wheel is an artist tool. During Spring you see a lot of color in the environment. I want to express the same feeling with Leslie's face. Opposite colors on the color wheel are complimentary. They provide drama to the eyes. They're vibrant and are energetic. For Spring look I want to create an energetic vibrant look to Leslie's eyes. For example she has brown eyes. The opposite of brown on the color wheel is purple. If you have blue eyes the opposite of blue on the color wheel are going to be peaches and oranges. If you have hazel eyes you want to use greens or gold if you have blue eyes you want to use peaches. If you have green eyes the opposite on the color wheel is red. So, you want to use strong vibrant pinks and that will compliment your green eyes.
