How to Create Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Bandford and I'm going to teach you how to make a delicious chicken pot pie. Now our stew is completed and it looks beautiful. We started with carrots, onions and garlic, we added some diced russet potatoes and made a roux, added our liquid, got that nice and thick. You can see how thick that is, then we added our poached chicken and our peas, let that heat up for a little bit, I'm going to bring this right into my pan. Perfect, just perfect. See I'm going to spread that out a little bit so the chicken is evenly distributed and it is just the right amount, isn't that great? That is perfect. Here we rolled out our puff pastry dough with a little flour, we just rolled it out till it was just the right size and we are ready to assemble the whole thing. That is what we are going to do in the next clip.
