How to Cut the Top of Men's Hair

Hi! This Joyce of Major League Trim on behalf of Expert Village. I'll be talking more about cutting men's hair. Earlier you saw me use my regular sheer. Now I'll be switching to my blade with the teeth on it. This will give me a nice texturized cut with the top half of his hair. What you want to do is you want to stay in your sections, and again, not keeping your sections any bigger than half an inch. You take your top half with your section and work your way around his hair using the middle part of his head. It doesn't matter if you part from front to back or back to front. Either way. As long as your sections are even. This blade will actually give your client more of a texturized look. It'll give him more free styling. That way he doesn't have too much of a blunt cut all the way around his head. If you look at the type of hair he has, it'll give you lots of texture, and that's exactly what he needs. He doesn't want a blunt cut.
