Plate the Muffins for Brunch
MARIEVE HERINGTON: All right, well those are our banana muffins. Let them cool a little bit. They're still warm to the touch, 'cause--that will be nice. You can spread a little butter on it and it will get-it'll melt, very decadent. I'm going to take--in order to plate this, we're going to be doing the tables in blues, and yellows, and creams. So, I'm just going to take one of these pretty napkins here to line the basket. I've got to cut that. And I'm just going to take these. Place them in. See, with the scoop, they all came out exactly the same size. Just casually, place them in there. And doesn't that look pretty? That is ready to go right to the table for my guests.
