MARIEVE HERINGTON: Okay, so the final step of this banana muffin, I'm going to add half of the dry ingredients to the wet, just so that it doesn't... See I was hoping to avoid the flour getting everywhere but I guess you can't avoid it. I can avoid it with the kind of bowl that scoops up on the sides but my usual metal ones, you wouldn't be able to see what I do--doing. So, and I can see that that's getting a bit, need to work the sides in a little bit more. Okay, so, looks nicely mixed to me. So now, I've got my muffin cups that I've lined with these liners, just because then I don't have to go back and clean it. It's much easier this way. They just lift out. Now, this is the greatest thing for muffins. I have them in a whole bunch of sizes. I went to a kitchen restaurant supply store and got a really big one, and I've got--this little one though, I find it easier to control, the amount of batter. And so, just like that. And I know that two scoops in each will give me exactly the same size muffin every time. It's easier than messing around with those spoons, right? Okay, and I'm going to finish putting this batter in these muffin cups and put this in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes depending on how brown you like your banana muffins. Then we'll put them to beautiful baskets. Warm muffins firs thing in the morning, you know it's going to be a good day.
