For the first chord, what do you different on the 3rd and 4th times you play the chord that makes it sound different? (The softer ones?) Thanks!
Hey this is Joe Wiles with the Rock and Roll Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. Let's take a look at Possum Kingdom by the Toadies. It's a really simple song. Two chords. E 7 and A Major. Let's take a look. The A7 looks like this, it's an open E. 2nd fret A string. Open D, 1st fret G string, and then the two high strings open. Then we're going to switch to an A chord. It's an open A string. 2nd fret D string. 2nd fret G. 2nd fret B. Now on this we're going to do a little lick, with our middle finger. We're going to go on the B string 3rd fret and pull off. Just pulling off back to the 2nd fret there. One, pull off. OK? Together that sounds like this. Alright, in our next segment we're going to tackle one of my favorites, Heart shape Box by Nirvana. I'll see you there.
