Kettlebell Training with Swing Exercises
Okay I’ll be demonstrating the kettle bell swing. The kettle bell swing is the foundation for all the kettle bell exercises. It’s important to master the kettle bell swing before you move to any other exercises. All the other kettle bell exercises are based off of the kettle bell swing. This is how you do a kettle bell swing. It’s important when you’re doing a kettle bell swing that you maintain a slightly wider than shoulder width stance, you want to bend over at the waist and you want to make sure you maintain what’s called a neutral alignment in the spine, that’s basically a natural arch in the spine. You want to make sure that your chest is lifted and that your arms hand loosely with the kettle bell. You don’t want to muscle your way up with your arms. It’s a combination of using your hips, your back, your shoulders all together.
