CHEF LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Let's have a look whether the duck is ready. I think it looks marvelous so let's serve it. Pour the smashed potato then the roasted duck leg. For decoration, we can put some onion germ, and some more of the base so it's more delicious.
