Kettlebell Squat Training

When you’re doing the kettle bell squat you want to cling the weight up into the rack position which is the arm resting on the body. You want to be looking straight forward. At this point you want to inhale on the way down and you want to keep your chest nice and vertical or perpendicular to the ground. When you come up you want to make sure that you exhale.
