Kettlebell Training with Side Press Exercises
Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating a side press, or better known as a kettle bell side press. It’s important though, when you do it, the kettle bell side press, that you have proper alignment when doing the side press. Otherwise you can potentially hurt your back. You want to make sure that your feet are at a forty five degree angle and that your hips are kicked out and that the weight is on the back leg. The weight should be rested on the side of the body with the kettle bell slightly hanging back. At this point, when you start to fold over at the weight you simultaneously press the weight forward.
