Kettlebell Training with Lunge Exercises
Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I’ll be demonstrating a kettle bell exercise known as the kettle bell lunge. It’s important when you’re doing the kettle bell lunge that the knee doesn’t go forward of the toe and that your chest doesn’t go forward of the knee. In other words you don’t want the toe to go forward here where it puts a lot of undue stress on your knee and you don’t want your chest to go forward of the knee here. This is not a good position.
