Hi! My name is Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solutions. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to do a duct test in this house. The reason we are setting up another duct blasting, we are going to go ahead and test the duct work again. You may be saying why is he doing that twice. We already did that once over here. The reason is because we've got two different units. This particular house is practically split right here to where all the vents that are on that side, are on that unit. They run on that air conditioning unit and all the vents that are on this side and down in the bedrooms and down the hallway are on the air conditioning on this unit. So we actually have to run two different duct tests on this home. Now the duct leakage to the outside is allowed to be 6 percent of the square footage. So 2000 square foot home, 6 percent of that is your allowed leakage. Six percent has to be both of the duct test together. The total leakage of the two of them together has to be less than 6 percent for this house to pass a duct test.
