Kettlebell Training with Deadlift Exercises
Hello my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the kettle bell stiff leg dead lift. When you’re doing this kettle bell stiff leg dead lift that you want to make sure that you have a shoulder length stance, and that your legs are fully extended for only a slight break in the knee, you want to make sure that the hips are pushed back and away from you and that your lower back is flat or you have your natural arch in your lower back. You want to make sure that your chest is lifted and that you look straight forward. The kettle bell should be as close to your body as possible when you’re going down. So it looks like this. When you come up to the top position you want to make sure to contract your gluttials to support your back.
