What to Scan in Paperless Green Offices
Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And this is your segment on priority of scanning, or what to scan first when you're converting to a paperless office. What you'll want to scan first are your more sensitive documents. If a fire - heaven forbid it - hit your building this evening, what documents are you going to wish you had backed up the most? That'll be what you scan first. Next will be the files that are most under demand. The documents and files that your attorneys, your businessmen and women, your people are constantly arguing over who has what or who gets to have it next. Files that are constantly getting added and subtracted and the ones that are being used most frequently, that will be what you scan next. And third are the ones that'll save you the most space. I know you maybe have a file cabinet that has cobwebs all over it, right? And that is just filled with things that people don't use on a regular basis, but you keep them around just in case. I think that if you follow that priority of scanning, you'll be all set and well on your way to a paperless office.
