About Paperless Green OfficesHello! My name is Frank Torres and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This is your introduction to converting to a paperless office. What is a paperless office you might be asking yourself. Well, a paperless office is an office that uses digital imaging technology to reduce paper and the waste caused by paper. You might be asking what it's in it for you. Well, think about all that space you'll save by getting rid of your file cabinets that have stored files that have been taking up space of years. Think of the money you'll save by not having to order so much paper and so many staples, folders, and all those things that come with the cost of running business with paper. Third, think about helping the environment. Naturally, all those things are desirable and I'm going to show you how to achieve. I'm going to show you the hardware you need, the software you need, precautions you'll have to take to take care of your data. I'm going to show you everything you need to get started. Once you get the ball rolling, I think you'll be glad that you converted.
