Cook Fenugreek Parantha Bread
SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Fenugreek Leaves Parathas. And now, let's begin the Fenugreek Parathas. Some fenugreek leaves, we have some dried coriander powder, dried chilli powder, salt as per your taste, couple of cumin seeds, some dry mango powder, some carrom seeds. Mix it all well. Keep mixing it. Once it is well mixed, we lay it on the round kneaded dough. It should be well spread. Sealed nicely, don't let any mixture coming out. Now, we use our rolling pin and start rolling. It should be nice and spread before it goes on to the hot pan to roast. And they will it's on the hot pan, with a drop of oil that will help it not stick onto the pan. Then we go using our cooking spoon, turning it round. As you can see, it has started cooking. It's turning brown now slowly and steadily. And we keep cooking it until it turns completely red and brown. Keep turning it. And now it's red in color, just add some butter to it and it's ready to eat. It seems delicious.
