SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani, on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Beans Parathas. And now, let's start with the Beans Paratha, that's the beans, we add some coriander powder, cumin seeds, some carrom powder, some salt as per taste, dry mango powder, finally some red chilli powder. We mix it all, nicely mixed. Once done, lay the mixture on the kneaded dough, spread nicely and sealed. It should be well sealed. The mixture should not come out. Add some dry flour. Start rolling it with the rolling pin. It should be spread all around onto the hot pan. And we keep cooking it until it turns completely red and brown. Keep turning it, and now it's red in color, just add some butter to it, and it's ready to eat. It seems delicious.
