Cook Grated Radish Parantha Bread
SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani, on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Radish Parathas, also known as Mulli Parathas. Let's start with the radish paranthas, add some salt to the grated radish, dry mango powder, dry red chilli powder, some carrom seeds, cumin seeds, dry coriander powder to be sprinkled, finally some dry coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients, mix nicely, mix it well, and finally it goes into the kneaded dough. Should be spread across nicely, and we start sealing the kneaded dough, needs to be well sealed. Add some dry flour, start rolling it with the rolling pin, should be spread all around onto the hot pan, and we keep cooking it, until it turns completely red and brown. Keep turning it, and now it's red in color, just add some butter to it, and it's ready to eat. It seems delicious.
