Cook Grated Carrot Parantha Bread
SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani, on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Carrot Parathas, also known as Gajar ka Parathas. And now, let's start with the carrot parathas, we add some cumin seeds to the carrot, some dry carrom seeds, dry mango powder sprinkle on top, some dry coriander powder, salt as per taste, dry red chilli powder, finally some green coriander leaves. There you go, mix all the ingredients nicely, well mixed. Take the mixture lay it well on the kneaded dough, nice and spread. Seal it nicely. Add some dry flour, start rolling it with the rolling pin. Should be spread all around onto the hot pan. And we keep cooking it, until it turns completely red and brown. Keep turning it. And now, it's red in color, just add some butter to it, and it's ready to eat. It seems delicious.
