Cook Spinach Parantha Bread
SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani, on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Spinach Parathas, also known as Paluk Parathas. And now, let's start with the spinach parathas. With the spinach add some salt, some dry mango powder, some dry carrom powder, red chilli powder, some dry coriander powder, cumin seeds, finally mix it nicely. It's nice and mixed, and finally take the kneaded dough, roll it, round and flat in both ends. Add some dry flour, with the rolling pin spread it nice and round. Add the mixture, spread it nicely onto the kneaded dough, seal it, it should be sealed properly, without any of the mixture coming out.
