Cook Onion Parantha Bread
SHIVANI SINGHVI: Hi. I'm Shivani, on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to tell you how to make Onion Parathas, also known as Pyaaz ka Parathas. Make the onion parathas, let's start by adding some dry coriander powder, dry chilli powder, a pinch of salt, dry mango powder, cumin seeds, and some dry carrom seeds. Finally with sprinkled coriander leaves. Mix it, it should all be well mixed. Take some kneaded dough, rolled it nicely, apply some dry flour powder, start rolling it with the rolling pin. Spread the mixture on the dough nicely, start sealing it, it should be well sealed. There you go, again apply some dry flour powder with the rolling pin, there we go, again. Let it spread out nicely, and now, put it on a nice, hot pan, put a drop of oil. Use a cooking spoon, change the side of the paratha. Once it's done, add some butter to it, and it's ready to eat.
