Kettlebell Training in Swing Position
Okay it’s important to note that whenever you do any of these kettlebell exercises that you maintain the proper starting position. The proper starting position of the snatch and swing exercises is a slightly wider than shoulder width stance, toes facing forward, knees slightly bent and the weight back on the hips. You should also feel the weight on your heels, and the upper body should be lifted, head facing forward, and slightly levered at the hips. The arms should be free and loose and hanging.
