Playing Guitar Scales in the Skip 2, Down 2 Approach

Hello, this is Joe Wiles with the Rock and Rock Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. Let's go back down that scale using the skip 2 down 2 approach. Let's take a look, we are going to start with the highest note of the scale skip these 2 here and go down 2. Those 4 notes in sequence sound like this (playing) then we are just going to go to the second highest note of the scale skip these 2 notes and end up here. Then go back down 2 those 4 notes together sound like this. (playing) Then we are going to go to the third highest note to the scale skip 2 notes and down 2, in context that scale approach sounds like this from the highest to the lowest. (playing guitar) Work on that for a bit commit it to memory and in our next segment we are going to set our metronomes and do a little exercise, see you there.
