Practicing the Skip 1, Up 1 Approach to Scales on Guitar

Hello, this is Joe Wiles with the Rock and Rock Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. Let's do a little practice exercise with the skip 1 up 1 approach. Let's set out our metronomes, we are going to do this seamlessly not breaking it up into notes of 3 at a time. Let's take a look at it and use a 3 count as the intro for this, 1 2 3 2 2 3 (playing guitar) 1 2 3 2 3 (playing) Practice that as much as you need to review this segment as many times as you like. In the next segment we are going to talk about our last approach, I'll see you there.
