Practicing the Skip 1 Approach to Scales on Guitar

Hello, this is Joe Wiles with the Rock in Rock Conservatory on behalf of Expert Village. Let's setup our metronome and do a little practice with the skip one method. We're at sixty beats per minute let's go ahead and go up the scale and then back down the scale. It sounds like this 1 2 3 4 (playing guitar). Again if you need to review this segment and practice it a few times to get use to it I highly suggest it. Then of course as always increase your metronome speed as you get more comfortable with the scale approach. In the next segment we are going to talk about another method, I'll see you then.
